Built in 1989 and remodelled in 2001, there are 204 air-conditioned guestrooms over seven floors, all with modern and polished wooden furniture, minibars, satellite televisions with multi-lingual channels, and private bathrooms with bathtubs. 42 of the guestrooms have views overlooking the Marmara Sea.
